These Terms govern the use of Proview, a free platform to watch live games and statistics of professional League of Legends players. By using Proview, you accept them. Key points: personal, non-commercial use, no scraping or abuse, and respect for Riot Games' Terms.

By using Proview you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
02. Description of the service
Proview is a free platform that lets you watch live games of professional League of Legends players through Riot Games' public API.
Proview is not affiliated with or sponsored by Riot Games. League of Legends is a registered trademark of Riot Games, Inc.
03. Acceptable use
- ✓ Personal, non-commercial use
- ✓ Viewing public match data
- ✓ Sharing screenshots
- ✕ Unauthorized scraping or automation
- ✕ Attempting to harm the platform (DDoS)
- ✕ Commercial use without permission
- ✕ Violating Riot Games' Terms
04. Intellectual property
Proview's code, design and brand belong to its creators. League of Legends data belongs to Riot Games.
05. Limitation of liability
Proview is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:
- Service interruptions or Riot API maintenance
- Inaccuracies in the displayed data
- Damages arising from use of the service
06. Disclaimer of warranties
Proview is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose. The data depends on the Riot Games API and may contain errors or become outdated.
07. Owner information
The full identification details of the controller (owner, tax ID and location) are available in the Legal notice.
08. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
09. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Cádiz, unless consumer regulations establish another jurisdiction for the user.
