Counterpick

A counterpick is a champion selected after seeing an enemy choice to seek a specific advantage.

It may improve the lane matchup, answer teamfights or fit the allied composition better. It does not guarantee a win.

Player skill and team support may matter more than a theoretical matchup advantage.
