Freeze

A freeze holds the minion wave near your turret without letting the turret clear it.

The opponent must step forward to farm and becomes easier to gank. Maintaining the freeze requires balancing minion numbers.

Freezing is not always right: if your team needs dragon priority, pushing and leaving lane may matter more.
