Grievous Wounds

Grievous Wounds is an effect that reduces healing received by the affected target.

It can matter greatly against healing-heavy champions, but buying it too early can delay other needed items.

Check who can apply the effect and whether it reaches the right target before the whole team duplicates the purchase.
