Blue buff

Blue buff is the temporary effect from the Blue Sentinel jungle camp, associated with mana regeneration and ability haste.

Depending on the phase and current rules, nearby allies may also benefit; plan who can use the camp and when.

Taking the enemy blue camp disrupts the opposing jungler's route, but only pays off if nearby lanes can cover the exit.
