Lane bully

A lane bully is a champion able to pressure a lane matchup strongly, especially early on.

Range, damage or favorable trades can push the opponent away from minions and force them to defend under turret.

That early lead needs to become resources or objectives; letting time pass may favor a better-scaling opponent.
