Nexus

The Nexus is the central structure in each base. Destroying the enemy Nexus wins the game.

A team must open a lane, break its defenses and get past the base turrets to reach it. Kills matter when they help that progress.

A large gold lead can vanish if a team leaves its own Nexus exposed while chasing a fight far from home.
