Ability haste

Ability haste is a stat that lets eligible abilities be cast more often by lowering their effective cooldown.

Unlike the former cooldown reduction stat, its points add linearly to casting frequency rather than to the percentage of time removed.

Its value depends on the champion: an earlier second cast can decide a fight, but haste does not replace damage or durability.
